INVOICING for Charter School Vendors
Youth Movement has been processing payments with over 30 charter schools for the past 12 years. Over the years we have built templates to easily use for processing purchase orders to help our instructors get paid accurately and in a timely manner.
The Goal is to let teachers (instructors) teach and we can help manage the backend so that you can get paid on time without the hassle. Save some time and stress where we can help with the process of getting paid to help California's charter school students.

Monthly Process
Forward us the Purchase Orders
Creates & share Monthly Invoice
Submit Invoice to You and Charter Schools
As purchase orders and vouchers come in to you Inbox, forward them to a shared Google Drive so that Youth Movement has access and can extract the required data for the invoicing: Class Name, Student Name, Price, etc.
After extracting data from purchase orders and vouchers, an Invoice will be created at the end of each month (or upon request) to be shared with the instructor for review.
After the Invoice has been reviewed to ensure accuracy, the Invoice can be submitted directly to the charter school for processing and or emailed directly to you to be forwarded over to the charter school.
